How often will I get my subscription?
Our signature paper crate ships every month. We ship all boxes on the same day each month.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship on the 22nd of each month via USPS first class mail or first class international mail. If that date falls on a weekend, we ship the following weekday. We picked this date so that your box will arrive on or around the 1st of the following month. We want you to have a full month’s worth of greetings to send as soon as the month begins!
When will I be billed?
If you are a current member, you will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you are a new member and sign up more than 10 days before the 1st, you’ll be enrolled in the current box. If you sign up during or after the 10 day period, you’ll receive the next month’s subscription. If you missed the window for the current box, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org – we try to keep a few extra boxes each month and will do our best to adjust your subscription.
Is it only greeting cards?
Each box it a little different, but they all include at least 4 greeting cards. We love to share little surprises, so keep an eye open for fun bonus items too!
What's in each box?
Each signature box comes with a minimum of 4 greeting cards. There are plenty of times that we add additional goodies – from stickers to gift tags to magnets and more. Box value is always above the monthly cost of $19.99.
What is a gift subscription and how does it work?
If you’d love to gift someone our signature paper crate then simply click on the gift subscription link! You can manage gift renewal options in your account settings just as you manage a regular active subscription.
Oh no! My box never arrived! What do I do?
While we do love snail mail, we totally get that sometimes things happen and boxes don’t arrive. As always we request that you check the tracking information sent to you when your box shipped. We also ask that you give your box 2 weeks to arrive from its shipping date. International boxes can take up to 6 weeks due to customs. If after 2 weeks your package still has not arrived, please contact us at email@example.com so we can investigate the situation. Boxes marked as delivered in their tracking will not be replaced or resent.
What if I want a refund?
Currently we do not offer refunds. If you have an issue with your current crate, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can address it as soon as possible.
What if I need to skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Well as much as we want you to stay, we totally get that life happens! If you need to skip a month or cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from your customer account. If you have any problems, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we can help you work through it!
What if I want to buy just one box so I can test it out?
You can totally do this! We have the ability to shop past boxes in our store so long as they’re in stock – but these come in limited quantities and sell out fast. They’re also priced at full retail value. What we suggest is that you sign up for your first month and test it out. If you’re not satisfied, simply cancel your subscription in your customer account. This ensures you get the full experience.
Where do you ship your boxes?
Currently we ship worldwide! If you’re unsure of whether or not we ship to your address, or you’re having issues at checkout – please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your country and mailing address and we’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
How do international orders ship? Will I have to pay additional fees for international orders?
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. International shipping times vary by destination. It is sort of anyone’s guess when an international package will arrive, usually it is within 2 weeks – HOWEVER all countries do things differently in customs and as such a delivery date is not guaranteed. Magnolia Crate is not responsible for additional fees incurred through customs. Should you choose to refuse your package due to additional fees, you will not be refunded. Please check with your local government for more information.
